The famous producer and director of Hindi film industry Manmohan Desai was born on 26 th Feb, 1937 in Mumbai to Kakubai Desai. He was married to Jeevanprabha Desai and has a child. His debut film was Chhalia in 1960. He worked with almost all of the leading actors of Bollywood. He worked in 29 films among them half of them became golden films of Indian film industry. His last project was Ganga Jamuna Saraswati in 1988 as director and Anmol as producer in 1993. Some of his works are Amar Akbar Antony, Bluff Master, Budtameez, Aa Gale Lag Jaa etc. He died on 1 st March, 1994 in an accident.
